We were blessed with good weather and a healthy attendance spectators and competitors for our inaugural annual Beerlympics. The other residents of our Spice Yard Square provided extra attractions from Axe throwing to the more cultural sip and paint experience.

Events were based on Octoberfest style competition and included such events as Keg (or punch bag, for safety reasons) tossing, keg rolling, wall climbing, and various skill events. The final Spicy Chicken wing eating competition had everyone enthralled by the sheer bravery, or stupidity, of the contestants.

Music was supplied by our very own local on his vinyl turntables.

We aim to build on this experience for the 2024 Beerlympics competition.
